During this time of year, curb appeal is extremely important. The fall months prove to be a very active in terms of home sales, and home buyers typically visit neighborhoods to make sure they can see themselves living there. This means curb appeal must be a big priority for a seller.

A few easy tips to improve your FALL CURB APPEAL

Continue to maintain your lawn, keep raking the leaves to maintain a tidy appearance. You don’t want a sloppy front or back yard it as the first impression a buyer sees as they arrive at your home.

Make the front door of your home a focal point. Highlight it with a fresh coat of paint. Pick a bright color that compliments the exterior colors of the house.

Clean up the exterior cob webs, dust, chipping paint- add a fresh coat of paint to exterior or clean and power wash to freshen up appearance. Make sure to power wash sidewalks and driveways also.
